Alan Wood Computer Support | Life support for your PC or Mac since 2003

Life support for your PC or Mac since 2003.

Alan Wood Computer Support provides a cost-effective and friendly service designed to keep your computer up and running and in the best of health.

Whatever the problem with your PC, I’m here to help. If you want a repair, an upgrade, a virus removed or even a bit of tuition – please give me a call. I’m based in Faversham and cover all the surrounding postcodes.

Most jobs can be carried out in your home or office so there’s no need to unplug everything and take it to a shop. If it needs to come to the workshop, I’ll do all the fetching and carrying. To fit in with your busy life, I can visit you in the evenings or at weekends if that’s more convenient. If you’d rather bring it to me, please get in touch first to make sure I’m in, thanks.

I charge £30 per half-hour, there’s no VAT to pay and no separate call-out fee if you live within 10 miles of Faversham. For jobs further away there will be an extra charge to cover fuel.

Your time is precious, so don’t waste hours trying to sort out your PC, call me and stop worrying!

I needed specialist local support with a software issue and found Alan after a quick search online. Alan was quick to respond to both my enquiry and arranging to meet to carry out the work. The entire process was seamless and fast, with the work completed within the timescale I required. Alan is professional and knowledgeable and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I found Alan on the Internet and contacted him on behalf of one of my residents who's laptop had been hacked and as a result malware had been installed making her computer unusable. Alan came out, took the laptop away and returned it the next day in perfect working order. Alan also installed antivirus software and fixed a broken hinge. Alan came across as friendly yet professional and definitely knew his stuff when it came to the laptop. Alan's prices were very reasonable and he provided a full receipt. Thank you Alan for all your help! Highly recommend for all your computer troubles A*
